(September 2022) Request for Wake County, NC Government: Emails related to concerns about Raleigh/Wake Partnership to End and Prevent Homelessness. 11/01/2020 – 9/27/2022.

Hello Wake County, NC Government (Records Officer),

I’d like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.
Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html

Please provide all emails sent to Wake County employees Lorena McDowell and Vanessa Kopp in regards to concerns about the Raleigh/Wake Partnership to End and Prevent Homelessness. During the specific time period of 11/01/2020 through 09/27/2022.

It is my opinion that the emails may contain concerns about the treatment of ex-Partnership staff by Partnership leadership, mishandling of programs including HMIS, and/or false information disseminated from Partnership staff to the Wake County CoC, NC-507, membership.

If it’s possible, I would ideally like to receive the document in PDF format.

Please note: I am not requesting to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain printed copies of, electronic records. In accordance with NC Public Records Law, I’m requesting explicitly that all responsive records be provided via an electronic medium / format (in which the records should already exist), such as an email, file share, google drive folder, mailed flash drive if necessary, etc.
