Please reply promptly to the following multi-part public records request, which is being made in accordance with NC Public Records Law.

** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to "inspect", nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record should already exist).
I do not have any additional or further clarifying info I wish to provide to narrow this request. If the request is unclear, or if you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **

I’d like to ask for some additional clarification, as I’m not sure how to interpret your message that “Mr. Lail is the only full-time employee that is employed by the City that is not exempt.”
———–My request had two parts. It asked for (if such records exist):
A1. Please provide the “time sheets” for ALL Full-Time employees at the City of Northwest. From 01/01/2023 – present day (date the query is performed).
A2. Please provide the “time sheets” / “time cards” records for ALL Full-Time employees of the City of Northwest Police Department specifically. From 01/01/2023 – present day (date the query is performed).
If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.The only responsive record you’ve sent me to this point (and I assume it’s supposed to cover item #A2), is a document listing timesheets from 01/08/23 through 09/02/23 for Rodney Lail.
I appreciate you sending that document. However, my request is not specifically related to only Mr. Lail.
Can you please clarify whether there are any additional records which are responsive to the items I’ve requested above? I could be wrong, but I find it unlikely that Mr. Lail is the only Full-Time employee working at the City. And, that he is also the only Full-Time employee working for the Police Department.
If my request is unclear, or if you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of the request, then please explain this — and please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law.
