Hello Sunshine Request!

I would like to inquire to Buncombe County government, including the Sheriff’s Department and the District Attorneys Office, concerning communications to and from Eva Hess, also known as Eithne Laomainnour. I would like copies of any electronic communications, whether they be in email form, instant messenger, or social media from June 1, 2017 to the present.
