(February 2021) Request for Jackson County, NC Cashiers Development communications 01/01/2020 – 02/12/2021

Hello Jackson County, NC Government,

I’d like to make a two-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

Please provide all emails exchanged (to/from) between the Jackson County Gov Attorney [name unspecified] and Attorney John Noor related to proposed development in SE corner of Highway 64 and 107 (Cashiers Hillside Development) during the specific time period of 11/01/2020 until 02/12/2021 [or the date the data is pulled].

If there are any attachments, files, URLs/hyperlinks, etc. referenced or "linked to" within the responsive emails, please provide those documents as well. For example: Any attached PDFs on an email thread should be provided so that they can be opened.
