I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

2. Please provide a copy of all emails, texts, or other communications between Cole Pro Media and any City of Asheville staff members between 03/01/2020 and the date the query is run.
3. Please provide a copy of all emails, texts, or other communications between Cole Pro Media and any members of Asheville City Council between 03/01/2020 and the date the query is run.

At this point there is no clarity on the request’s estimated completion date, or what is taking so long for the request to be processed. Can you please let us know what is the specific reasoning for the delay, and whether that’s on the City’s end, APD, legal, etc. and when it will be completed?
