Hi Aaron and Buncombe County, NC Sheriff's Office (Records Officer),
I'd like to make a new public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

This request relates to “Emails and Texts about medical staffing at the Buncombe County Detention Center”.
If such a record exists – Please provide all emails and texts on the subject of the jail's medical staffing that were exchanged between Captain/Major Tony Gould [then Facility Administrator at Buncombe County Detention Center], and Dr. Tracy Goen [employee of Mediko, Inc and Medical Director at the Buncombe County Detention Center]. During the specific time period of July 01, 2020 through September 30, 2020.
** I am simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I am NOT asking to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via an electronic medium / format (in which the copy of this record should already exist). I do not have any additional or further clarifying info to provide to narrow this request, other than what you see in the message above. If it is unclear, or you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law.**
