I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law

This request is related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, as well as Funding for RCC.
** Please Note: I am simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I am NOT asking to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via an electronic medium / format (in which the copy of this record should already exist).
I do not have any additional or further clarifying info to provide to narrow this request, other than what you see in the message below. If it is unclear, or you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law.**

Please provide the annualized, line-item budget with expenditure totals for any category dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, at Rockingham Community College. From 01/01/2019 through 03/13/2023. If possible, please categorize this budget to include salaries, events, equipment, professional development, instruction, and any other related items.
Please include the following:
1) Name of expenditure
2) Category of expenditure
3) Budget fund
4) Funding source
Ideally, I’d like to receive the responsive records in an Excel format, if possible.
B. Curricular Information.
Please provide the following information for curriculum services at RCC:
1) Standard, universal syllabus.
2) All academic policies focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Ideally, I’d like to receive the responsive records in a PDF format, if possible.
