  In response to my public records request, at some point you told me you had “… two emails that mention Brown Haven Homes. I will forward to you.” One of those two emails you forwarded, is in the thread above.

  I have no record of sending/forwarding any email on March 3. If the minutes are not attached, they can be found on the village website. However, any minutes sent out the day before a council meeting are for review prior to the meeting. They only become official after they have been reviewed and approved by the council.

  I did not ask for only emails that were “sent between” the Mayor and Brown Haven Homes”. I’ve asked for all emails sent to and from the Mayor “related to” proposed development by Brown Haven Homes, during the time period specified.
