  We’ve been communicating across different email threads about the following public records request. For reference, all emails I’ve sent or received about the request are posted at this URL:

  I’m following up on my last email to the Mayor, sent above on 03/12. I haven’t heard back. To reiterate:

  Thank you for sharing the “forwarded messages” dated March 04 and 05. Can you please clarify whether there were any minutes “attached”, as indicated in the forwarded email from March 04 @ 6:23am? If there were, please provide that attachment or link. Thank you!

  To clarify – in my request I asked for:

   

  “… emails sent To and sent From the Mayor of the Village of Forest Hills, NC – specifically, related to proposed development by Brown Haven Homes. During the time period of January 01, 2025 through February 06, 2025.”

   

  I did not ask for only emails that were “sent between” the Mayor and Brown Haven Homes”. I’ve asked for all emails sent to and from the Mayor “related to” proposed development by Brown Haven Homes, during the time period specified.

   

  Please specify whether those records have been searched.
