Good afternoon Sarah (or ACC Records Officer),
I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

** All NC Community Colleges are public entities, and their salaries are considered a matter of public record. The type of salary info I’m requesting is widely regarded and consistently produced as a public record as part of the public personnel file of government, college, community college, public school, and charter school employees. Many community colleges in NC have fulfilled my request via email in 1 week, or in many cases 1 day.
I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via an electronic medium / format (in which the copy of this record should already exist). I do not have any additional or further clarifying info I wish to provide to narrow this request. If it is unclear or if you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **
This request relates only to current “Full-Time” employees at Alamance Community College (a State of North Carolina, County of Alamance organization). If any / all of the info requested below is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed:
1) Please provide a list of ALL current “Full-Time” ACC employees and their salaries, as of 05/11/2023 or present day [date the query is performed]. Please include the following:
A. Employee’s first / last name.
B. Employee’s current job position / title / department / division.
C. Please designate each employee as 9 or 12 month position.
D. Employee’s current salary. Please include both Monthly and Annual “rate of pay”.
E. Employee’s original hire date.
Ideally, I’d like to receive the responsive records in an Excel or other machine-readable format, if possible.
2) Also related to ALL current “Full-Time” ACC Employees, as of 05/11/2023 or present day [date the query is performed]:
Please provide an ACC Institutional Organizational Chart (including divisions, departments along with Salary Pay Grades/Bands).
