A1) If applicable – I would like to know if, and how much, the City has paid and will pay in 2021 to all speakers, event participants, and organizers of the City’s “Reparations: Information Sharing and Truth Telling Speaker Series” which is being held across several dates in June. This should also include any payments to City Staff, Council Members, etc.

I am not asking you to identify the names of individuals who have been / will be paid – I’m only interested in the $ amount of each payment, broken down by date and a general description.
A2) This may be more of an informational type question, rather than a specific request to the City — but I’d also like to know where the funding for the Series comes from – Whether that’s actually private funding, taxpayer dollars, American Rescue plan funds, etc.
B) Please provide all emails sent from any member of the City Manager’s office to any of the confirmed event Speakers from 03/01/21 through 06/04/21 (or on the date the query is performed).

Please specify the exact records you’d like to receive, rather than any “possible” or “potential” info that could be searched.
