Please confirm that the request is being processed, and approximately when it may be completed. I will wait to follow up again around the time you specify.

In any case, I will plan to follow up one more time in early September if I have not heard back before then, and can mark the request as “Denied” at that time if there has been no response. Should you wish to reopen or complete the request in the future, we’ll be happy to revisit.
