(September 2021) Request for City of Brevard, NC sidewalk requirement info

Hello City of Brevard, NC (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

A. Please provide the current Brevard, NC City Ordinance / UDO Requirements for sidewalks along roadway of new business construction.

B. Also, please provide the date that the City Of Brevard will construct the required sidewalk along Railroad Ave in front of new depot.
