I verified with APD that Continuant is not an APD invoice nor is it related to Cole Pro Media or Critical Incident Videos. I have removed that document from the folder. The other two files that were in the folder are correct – the contract and the August 2020 invoice (filename CRITICAL INCIDENT VIDEO 1051). Let me know if you have questions.

Before I can mark this request as “completed,” however, I do need to ask for some additional clarification about an item related to Critical Incident Videos: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1FwM2NZ3rGDkyV8CvXt0PJzqToODPaiZq
There is one document in the file that suggests an invoice was sent to the City (and presumably was paid?) in August 2020 for $4,900 as relates to the March/April contract (contract total $5,000).
But then there is another document in the file that shows an invoice sent to the City by a company called “Continuant” on 12/21/2018 for $4,229.11. So I’m wondering two things:
A. Is this a mistake, and this company / invoice is not related to the request? If so, can you please clarify whether this is correct – And if it is not, can you please update the folder to include the correct invoice from Critical Incident Videos referenced in August 2020? We’re going to leave the documents on our site in any case, but if you do revise the folder, please let us know and we’ll upload that to our site as well.
B. If this is not a mistake, and Continuant is the same company as “Critical Incident Videos”, and this invoice is somehow related to their March 2020 contract ($5,000) – Can you please clarify how it would be possible for an invoice to be sent to the City two years prior to the date of a contract being signed? Additionally, that 2018 invoice total ($4,229.11) does not match the August 2020 invoice total ($4,900), so I think this is likely an error – but I just wanted to check.

Do the three zip files actually contain all of the invoices and contract files for all of the entities listed, as requested? It would seem that from records we received in the earlier January request that there should be more than one contract (?) and, that there are associated invoices that can be succinctly listed someplace. Can you please send them to us if so? That’s specifically what is being requested here. Can just send us one or two files that clearly show all contracts and all invoices?
